作法:
English:
1. |
Rinse and wipe dry fish fillet, cut into 2x 2 inches (5x5 cm), cut criss-cross on the meat, mix with marinade and leave aside for 15 minutes. |

Cut all vegetables into small cubes, toast pine nuts. |
3. |
Dip fish fillet in beaten egg and then in cornflour. |
4. |
Deep-fry in ½ wok of medium-hot oil until golden in colour, remove and drain. Fry for the second time. Remove to a plate. |
5. |
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, stir –fry diced vegetables and garlic, add sauce and bring to the boil. Add pine nuts and mix together. |
6. |
Pour over fried fish fillet and serve. |
