1.Mix minced pork with marinade and leave for 10min. |

2.Drain preserved cabbage from olive . Chop the rest of the ingredients. |

3.Parboil the sugar snap peas in half wok of water with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp sugar |

4.Heat 3 tbsp. oil, sauté minced pork until 80% cooked, add preserved cabbage and remaining ingredients. Mix well. |

5.Add sauce and cook well. Dish and serve. |
